Why a twin exists

Stephan has hard ADHD. That is not a branding detail — it is an operating constraint. Priorities scatter. Parallel projects multiply. The specialist bench is deep: finance, neuromarketing, Odoo, tea, kashrut, retail real estate, sales, supply chain. Leave any of them unused for weeks and you have paid for capacity you are not turning — the same waste a supply-chain operator sees when inventory sits and never converts to cash.
